Eco Village / Community members

Gaia Vista will be a unique place for people to live and work in a fully sustainable intentional community environment; while also allowing people to connect with each other and move towards common goals.

One of the key goals of Gaia Vista is to develop and nurture a sense of community both locally and globally. 

Our primary community will be composed of owners, investors, partners, and people that live and work on various aspects of the internationally owned Gaia Vista Project. 

Our secondary community will be composed of volunteers and people that participate through owning eco shares and co-housing units at Gaia Vista.

Finally an extension of our community will be composed of environmental groups and green technology companies that come down to GV to work on various collaborative efforts to help save our planet.

Eco Village / eco-timeshares

At the present time there are a lot of people who want to be a part of a sustainable / spiritual type Green community, but due to work and other constraints aren't able to move to a intentional community of this type on a full time basis. 

Having our Eco Village in Costa Rica gives people a chance to be a part of a sustainable / spiritual community while also going on vacation.  

We are going to be offering several types of eco shares for a limited number of people.  In order to be eligible to purchase an eco share and become a part of our sustainable off-the-grid green community, potential members will have to go through an interview process to demonstrate how they would be a valuable asset to our community.  Eco village members will also agree to volunteer on an aspect of Gaia Vista for 4 hours for each week spent at Gaia Vista.  If you believe you would be a valuable asset to our eco village and are interested in purchasing an eco time share, then please fill out the form below.

Eco Village co-housing community

We will also be offering several permanent green eco structures or condos for a small select group of people who want to experience living sustainably and participate in Gaia Vista on a year round or quarterly basis. Our co-housing eco-village community will be similar to our eco time shares, except the time period of ownership will be at least 1 month a year.  If you are interested in becoming a co-housing participant in Gaia Vista then please contact us below for more information.

Eco Village Home sites

Pre development opportunity. We are only going to be making available 2-3 actual home sites for those special people who want to bulld a very modest envriomentally friendly small home on the Grounds of Gaia Vista. Addional home sites are avialable nearby for those that also wish to live near Gaia Vista. Due to the nature of our project we are not a permanent housing community, but a magical place to be visited by many, and a part time home to lots of workers, volunteers, healers, and community members.

These three select home sites are a powerful investment and once sold no more will become available.
